Campaign
Maureen executes multi-channel brand campaigns for internal and external clients at May Media Group, LLC. In this example, she led creative and marketing strategy for the annual in-person conference WOW Summit, attracting influential content creators, moms, and better-for-you brand sponsors for two days of learning, networking, and product sampling. She wrote and collaborated with design on branding, web, UX, email promo, sales collateral, event sales, and social media.





Web + UX
Maureen manages content and copy across four websites: kiwimagonline.com, momsmeet.com, wowevents.momsmeet.com, and maymediagroup.com. She writes UX, marketing, branded, and editorial copy. Below is the website for a digital event that she created that attracted 2000+ parents nationwide and multiple brand sponsors.
Branding
Maureen conceptualized and created two new offerings under the May Media Group, LLC umbrella.

Beyond the Lunchbox branding included event title, tagline, and all associated copy and marketing.

Raising Healthy Families branding included podcast name, description, marketing, and social media advertising. Maureen hosts and produces the fast-growing parenting podcast, now in its seventh season.
Email Marketing
The multichannel marketing campaign for the KIWI magazine’s Beyond the Lunchbox Digital Conference, a week-long virtual conference for better-for-you brands and moms includes a 6-month cycle of email marketing. Maureen leads marketing strategy and crafts all email copy for this event.

Moms Meet markets better-for-you products and services to a large audience of health-minded women. Brands include Dr. Bronners, Daves Killer Bread, Wild Planet Foods, Zing Bars, and more. Email invitations like the below example are sent to members at the launch of each new program. Maureen writes copy and also edits and proofs other copy team invites for tone, voice, and grammar.

Banner Ads
This includes creating offer driven banner ads to run on the Moms Meet website and in marketing emails.

Newsletters
Maureen writes multiple monthly editorial and marketing B2C and B2B newsletters to an audience of 150k+ with open rates above 15%. She oversees all copy and strategy across three brands for email marketing. Her B2B newsletter, Mom Buzz has drawn in multiple brand partnerships for Moms Meet and WOW Events.
